The full Terms & Conditions exist to protect both you and us, and to be transparent about how the platform works. We have covered every section below so there are no surprises. The Eight Things That Matter Most
ASense.ai is an intelligence platform, not a bank, broker, or custodian. We do not hold, move, manage, or have access to your funds at any point. Your capital stays exactly where it is — in your brokerage account, governed by your brokerage’s own terms. We are a read layer, not a custody layer. (Sections 2, 3, 7)
When you connect a brokerage account, your username and password go directly to SnapTrade — a dedicated financial connectivity platform — not to ASense.ai. SnapTrade issues us a secure token. That token is all we ever hold. Even our own engineers cannot retrieve your brokerage credentials. (Sections 2, 3)
ASense.ai synthesises data and surfaces insights. It does not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. There is no fiduciary relationship, no registered investment adviser, and no personalised recommendation. Every decision is yours. We are the analyst desk — you are still the portfolio manager. (Sections 5, 6)
Our platform uses AI, machine learning, and statistical models to generate insights. These outputs are designed to be rigorous and explainable — but they are probabilistic analyses, not guaranteed facts. Data from third-party sources may occasionally be delayed or incomplete. You should apply your own judgment to everything the platform surfaces. (Sections 4, 8)
ASense.ai does not initiate trades, execute orders, or make autonomous investment decisions on your behalf. If you choose to place a trade, you do so through your own brokerage. We have no authority over trade acceptance, execution, or pricing. (Sections 2, 9)
Your portfolio data is held in our secure data centre at Iron Mountain, protected by Cisco firewalls and enterprise-grade encryption. Your account credentials are stored as hashed keys — mathematically irreversible. Even members of our team cannot access your individual data. You can also invite family members or a financial adviser to view your account under controlled permissions you set. (Section 10)
The analytical models, algorithms, and scoring methodologies behind ASense.ai are our intellectual property and remain confidential. You agree not to reverse-engineer or commercially resell the platform’s outputs. However, the investment insights you derive from using the platform — and the decisions you make — are entirely your own. (Sections 11, 12, 14)
If a dispute ever arises, it is resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Colorado — not through class action lawsuits. This is standard in SaaS and financial technology platforms. Our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you have paid in the prior 12 months. Colorado law governs the agreement. (Sections 15, 16, 17)
A note for early access members
You are joining as part of a personally invited early access cohort. During this period, access is complimentary. The subscription and billing terms in Section 13 will apply when the platform moves to paid subscriptions — and you will receive advance notice before any charges begin.
